Glenn is a Certified Life Coach. He has a Bachelor degree in Christian Ministry. In 1990 he entered 2 12 Step programs, dealing with alcohol and sex. As of November 23, 1996 he has maintained alcohol sobriety. As of May 10, 1996 he has been sexually sober. Meaning no sex with himself or anyone, (He is not married). In the Sex Addiction Fellowship he has held several service positions. The most notable are 6 years General Conference Delegate for his 4 state region. He also served 1 year as an alternate.

Phase2Recovery Life Coaching is a dynamic Ministry, Glenn sees first hand the devastation of sex addiction. in the lives of the addicted person, the spouse, the children, and at the job. Sex addiction has made great inroads in the Church. Phase 2Recovery Life Coaching is a call to regain ones life, and to get on with Kingdom business.

Glenn is involved in social causes The most notable, as a activist, is his membership with the National Juneteenth Observance Foundation. He worked tirelessly to bring the Juneteenth message to Missouri and Illinois. The Foundation was instrumental in urging President Biden to sign in law June 19th(Juneteenth) a National Holiday.

Phase2Recovery is entirely on Zoom, making it an international ministry.
